inconsistent stay at the resort
inflated food prices slow response
the staff was very nice and courteous there i will say
the food prices felt inflated the all inclusive option wasn't comprehensive they tacked on charges for almost everything at the restaurants i felt nickel and dimed during every meal the ambassador assigned to our villa had a slow response time. sometimes it took hours to get a reply back through whatsapp despite promises i never saw our ambassador in person during the entire stay.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
rust blind billing errors
The hotel has well-kept gardens, and the surroundings make it feel like a tropical location.
Our room needed work. I noticed rust on the bathroom blind and stains on tiles. Windows were hard to open. Added to this, I found a pile of rust on the bathroom floor from the door hinges. Billing errors further frustrated me. Some items were added to our bill that weren't ours!

calm water excellent food fantastic view
I loved the beach area. It had plenty of chairs and the water was calm. i found the food especially good at the upper deck restaurant. the views were fantastic from almost everywhere on the hotel.
there was no water stocked in my room upon arrival (i found that a little odd).

friendly staff helpful employee amazing first impression overpriced food inclusive package maintenance issue
The staff was super friendly and helpful, maintaining a professional attitude at all times. The hotel is well maintained. I had an amazing first impression of this resort. Employees were great.
The food was overpriced. It was okay at best. The all-inclusive package is not fully inclusive. Some villa maintenance issues took a long time to resolve.

serene st lucia stay
ocean view convenient location amazing staff sunset cruise
i stayed for a week in mid august and had a really good time with the bed and breakfast option i requested an ocean view room near reception it was room 331 b the location was very convenient all the pools beach restaurants and bars were so close together i appreciated the service at the bars and restaurants the staff were amazing including travis vanessa and sedan it was like i had my own pool just ten yards from the room i would return without hesitation i also booked the piton sunset cruise through the resort it was worth it with drinks and food on a catamaran
the only minor issue was that on occasion it took a little while to restock the sugar and creamer for coffee in the villa multiple calls were sometimes needed to get them replenished this was a bit of a bother but was always sorted eventually

the ocean view guestroom included ample cupboard space it was cleaned daily the mini kitchen with a fridge was a really nice touch it allowed for convenient storage and preparation of light snacks and drinks

the resort provides multiple dining options i enjoyed papa dons and masala the entertainment was good with different themes each night breakfasts offered plenty of variety the shuttle service was top notch i found the team helpful and efficient
